Information we collect

When you join our walk-in list, we collect your name, mobile number, selected services, requested and assigned barber, check-in time, queue updates, visit status, consent records, and any operational notes needed to provide your service. We also keep basic security and audit records for the system.

How we use information

We use this information to manage the walk-in queue, estimate your wait, notify you when your barber is ready, respond to support requests, maintain accurate visit history, prevent duplicate check-ins, secure the service, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Mobile information and text-message consent

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, is used only for the purposes described when you provide it. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors that help us deliver the requested messaging service or when required by law.

Consent to receive walk-in text updates is separate from optional marketing consent and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies with queue activity, generally one to six messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to end messages or HELP for help.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, security, and text delivery. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect customers, the shop, or the integrity of the service.

Retention and security

We retain identifiable visit records for the period selected by the shop owner, currently up to 730 days unless a longer period is required for a legal or operational reason. We use role-based access, protected staff sessions, audit records, and other reasonable safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete eligible personal information. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons. To stop walk-in texts, reply STOP. A later opt-in is required before messages resume.
